I paid already. Still haven’t received e-mail with login details?
Your user account login details will go to the email address you registered with us, so please ensure you check this email address and also please make sure to check your spam folder in your emails’ Inbox. It could be that we have an incorrect or old email address registered to your account, so you may need to get in touch to let us know this.
If you are sure that you have not received them in a timely manner, then please get in touch with us. Before doing so, make sure that payment has actually gone through. This means checking to see if the payment is showing up on your: PayPal account, Credit Card (or Bank Statement).
If payment has been made then please get in touch to find out why you have not received your user account credentials. Payment may not have been recognised by us so we will let you know if this is the case.
